Delivery Instructions

• Please be sure to list your exact address including your apartment # (if applicable) and any further delivery information needed. Always double check to be sure you have given us the correct address. 

• Please note that you are required to sign for your package upon arrival.

• In the unusual event that your package is mailed back to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. 

• In the event that you have placed an order with incorrect information, please contact us immediately at info@0526official.com to review your order and make any necessary changes. We are not able to make any changes once your order has shipped.

General Information

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days. 

• At this time in response to COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

• In the unlikely event you receive your item/s damaged or destroyed upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately at info@0526official.com and we will be happy to replace the destroyed item/s upon receiving evidence in the form of photo, video, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

• Once you receive your confirmation email that includes your tracking number, 05/26 Official is not responsible for any lost packages. You must contact USPS customer service with your tracking number and customer information.
