Please note that you are required to sign for your package upon arrival.

In the unusual event that your package is mailed back to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

In the unlikely event you receive your item/s damaged or destroyed upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately at info@0526official.com and we will be happy to replace the destroyed item/s upon receiving evidence in the form of photo, video, etc. Please note that you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once you receive your confirmation email that includes your tracking number, 05/26 Official is not responsible for any lost packages. You must contact USPS customer service with your tracking number and customer information.
