What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Debit, PayPal and Square as acceptable forms of payment at this time. 

Do you take gift cards?

Yes we accept 0526 and Mastercard gift cards. 

How long does shipping take?

Items are shipped 5-7 business days after order is placed and processing is complete. Please check your email as well as spam folders for tracking information once your order has shipped. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery instructions and general information regarding your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are sorry, at this time we only ship in the United States and unfortunately do not ship internationally. In the future we plan to ship internationally so please add your email to our International Shipping Wait List.

Whats your return policy ?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. All of our items are sterling silver based (unless other wise stated) and do not tarnish. However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny. Once again, please handle jewelry with proper care. Keep away from chemicals.
